Contact Energy Energy Plant at Te Rapa Diary factory is shut every year for maintenance works. PFS has carried out work on the boiler over the last decade or so which include:

  • Window holes in ecomomiser header to endescope or plug tubes and then weld back header seal plate
  • Boiler tube repair
  • Replacing tubes
  • Modifations to heat deformed tubes
  • Fixing of tube supports
  • Refurbishment of economiser
