OnGas horizontal bullet vessel at springhill prison was able to contain more gas than was consented. Vessel had to be reduced in size. This work included
Decomission existing vessel at the prison
Crane and tranpsort to PFS shop
Cut vessel though the diameter between supports and remove section of the barrel.
Internal Gas distibution pipe was shortened and new domed end added
Shortened barrel joined using Sub-Arc welding equipment & rotators
Nozzles blanked off and new nozzels added to suit site piping.
Modify existing ladder and platform
Build new platform to give access to both sides of tank and all nozzles and valves.
Paint verssel and transport to site install on new pedestals
