Australian Paper Economiser refurbishment

PFS has worked on a number of shuts for Australian Paper. In this shut reburbishment work was carried out on the economiser which included:

Cut out tubes which had failed or were threatening to fail

trim tubes above header and cap with a domed fitting , access being very restricted for welding.

cut out sections of tube and replace with new tube

NDT pressure test and bring back into operation
