Challenges:
- Coded welding to all piping with NDT = QA for MDR.
- Logistics with spooling in Hamilton and installing in Napier; The engineering solution was to use flanged joints and galvanised piping to facilitate simple bolted connections on site.
- Large and small diameter spools with the addition of some complex spools.
